This immersion is not looking to elevate creativity as performance or output (though that may follow!), but as a way of seeing, perceiving and engaging with the world. It is a creativity that sharpens our ability to sense and respond to complexity with imagination - rooted in integrity, courage - and joy!

Why are we doing this?

As the pace of change around us accelerates and the pressure to deliver new solutions intensifies, the linear ways we've learned to think, lead, and solve problems are reaching their limits. While efficiency and clear outcomes still matter, they are no longer enough on their own. We need to complement our existing ways with something deeper: a return to our innate creativity — the kind that helps us navigate complexity and solve challenges with more empathy, imagination, and resilience.

In today’s systems — where speed, efficiency, and predictability often take precedence — this deeper creativity can be hard to access. It is rarely prioritized, and too often sacrificed in the name of control or short-term results. But in reality, it is precisely this quality of creativity that enables the adaptivity we need to tackle today’s challenges. Deep creativity is directly linked to our capacity of navigating in rapidly changing circumstances, our ability to tap into our unique capacities, our very essence and our openness to co-create solutions that are not only more effective, but more meaningful and sustainable.

With this immersion, we want to explore a more vital way of leading and being, anchored in our deepest nature - our innate creativity.

This is your invitation to join our Mallorca immersion

Our five day immersion combines theory and practice. Together, we will dive into areas such as self-leadership, creativity as a driving force of life and business, change theory, embodiment practices, meditation, breath-work, nature, hikes, stillness & delicious organic food and wine to wrap the days.

Wildly weaving ingredients from business, leadership, anthropology, design, behavioral sciences, somatic practices, meditation and other ancient practices, we want to offer and explore perspectives and tools that can strengthen our self-leadership in a time of rapid change and increased complexity.

Our daily programme runs from 7.30 am to 7 pm with plenty of time to also relax, enjoy and integrate the theme of the day by the pool or in nature. During our free time we choose community when we so desire as well as precious alone time when wanted.
