Who is facilitating this immersion?
Our unique combination weaves strategy and creativity, hard and soft, feminine and masculine, the internal as well as the external world, reality and imagination, soul and matter.
We apply teachings from business & innovation management, anthropology, design strategy, behavioral sciences, somatic practices, transformation theory, meditation and coaching to our work with individuals and organizations.
We come from similar, yet complementary backgrounds and have been deeply engaged in transformational processes for nearly two decades in corporate settings, various forms of organisations, 1:1 settings and in circles.
To understand and facilitate deep transformations in people as well as in organizations, we continuously explore how fields such as neuroscience, biology, somatic practices, systems thinking, arts and ancient practices shape leadership and change.

Our home for the two day journey is the stunning retreat center of Frötuna, beautifully located in the forests outside Stockholm. We have carefully selected this space to give you the best possible prerequisites to awaken your inner wisdom and enhance your modern leadership skills. Surrounded by beautiful nature in an estate filled with amazing history, we meet with the purpose of getting to know a more holistic, and dare we say loving, approach to leadership. We will spend time both inside and outside, in silence and in conversation with each other.

Frötuna is a forest resort outside Stockholm with a stunning nature location, yoga shala, restaurant, cozy bedrooms, Hamam, swimming pool and ceremony space.
